Radial yesterday announced it has partnered with Chargebacks911 to offer chargeback management as a service available to its merchant customers. Managing and responding to chargebacks, especially in the post-holiday months, is a burdensome and often intensely manual process for e-commerce merchants that can distract businesses from their core focus.
Radial is a Philadelphia-area company that provides fulfillment, logistical, payment, fraud prevention and other support for omnichannel merchants. KC Fox, the company’s vice president of payments tax and fraud, said using Chargebacks911’s technology to automate the process of detecting, managing and responding to chargebacks can reduce the cost and time companies devote to the problem.
