The position is based in our office located in the Cambridge Innovation Center in Cambridge, Massachusetts. As a Sales Executive, Payment Fraud, you would lead our growth in the US and report directly to the Managing Director. Working with a Sales Associate, you would own the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closing, and would additionally be supported by a technical integration team for customer proof tests and onboarding. You would also be meeting potential customers and marketing events, customer days, and other events. Needless to say, you will be fully involved in the day-to-day operational business of a growing start-up and work from the first day “hands-on”!

The Job

  • Meet and exceed quota for revenue generation and market activities
  • National territory generally consisting of top 500 ideal customers (typically large enterprise e-commerce and telecom companies)
  • Ownership of all stages of the sales pipeline, from customer acquisition through decision to renewal
  • Lead insightful conversations about the payment fraud industry and impacts on customer business
  • Understand and articulate Risk Ident’s software model and differentiating characteristics
  • Support and expertise of the CRM system (currently Nutshell), including regular sales reporting
  • Execution of events and trade fairs together with our marketing team in Hamburg, Germany

Skill Set

  • 3+ years of relevant software sales experience in the payments, fraud, or related industry
  • Proven track record of professional success
  • Proven ability to initiate and develop conversations with target audience
  • Compelling written and persuasive oral communication skills
  • Excellence in education, MBA is a plus
  • Have fun working in a team with international colleagues
