U.K.-based Transaction Network Services (TNS) has incorporated a series of new features into its TNSPay payment management platform for e-commerce merchants to improve security, combat fraud, and ease their PCI compliance efforts. The company said it has rebranded the platform as TNSPay for eCommerce. “The continued development of the TNSPay platform is a key priority for TNS,” said Ray Low, TNS’ Payments Division president, said. “We believe the innovations we are adding to the platform make TNS unique in the marketplace.” Among the new features added to TNS’ platform are stored card tokenization, in which cardholder information is stored separately from a merchant’s systems, hosted payment forums that allow a shopper’s card details to be posted directly to a secure hosted server within a TNS PCI DSS certified processing environment and enhanced risk management functionality.
