Optimal Payments Integrates Verifi’s Cardholder Dispute System

Optimal Payments this week said it has integrated its online payment gateway into a dispute resolution platform from Los Angeles-based Verifi. The Montreal-based gateway provider said merchants using its NETBANX gateway now have access to Verifi’s Cardholder Dispute Resolution Network (CDRN), which the companies say enables merchants to address disputes at the issuer level before they become chargebacks. Transaction data from participating card issuers is used to match and resolve cases and the system automatically notifies merchants of resolved CDRN requests.
