Meritus Says New Service Increases Chargeback Win Ratio by 30%

A California ISO has launched a new service it said will enable merchants to increase the number of chargebacks it wins by nearly a third. Meritus Payment Solutions’ Chargeback Management System provides users with global access, immediate notification of new disputes and clear reporting.
“With Chargeback Management System, merchants win 30 percent more of their disputes, resulting in a significant increase in revenue,” the company said in a statement. “Additionally, merchants who use CBMS [spend] 40 percent less time per chargeback. Not only does Chargeback Management System increase chargeback win ratios and reduce time spent per chargeback, it also allows merchants to resolve disputes 37 percent faster.”
