Merchant e-Solutions Nominated for Customer Service Award

Merchant e-Solutions, a Redwood City, Calif.-based e-commerce payments processor has been named a finalist for a Stevie Award for Sales & Customer Service in the “Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year—Business Services” category. The Stevie Awards, which bills itself as the “world’s premier business award competition,” were created in 2002 to honor the “efforts, accomplishments and positive contributions of companies and business people worldwide.” Merchant e-Solutions said it is being considered for the work of its Customer Service Help Desk, which, it noted, achieved a telephone response rate of 99.11 percent and an average response time of four seconds. The Stevie Awards will be presented Feb. 27, 2012 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nev.
