Genius Takes Smaller Merchants Omnichannel

On Tuesday, Merchant Warehouse extended its Genius Customer Engagement Platform to serve small and midsize merchants that want to implement omnichannel environments. At its February launch, the platform enabled merchants to accept many different mobile payment types at the point of sale. This most recent version of the platform addresses the needs of merchants that sell through online and various mobile channels including mobile Web, apps or in-aisle checkout. The company said the extension of the Genius platform enables traditional brick-and-mortar merchants to easily add online and remote mobile capability.
