Features Analytics Launches New Version of eyeDES Antifraud Technology at CNP Expo
May 18, 2015
Features Analytics, a technology startup specializing in fraud prevention solutions for merchants, card issuers, acquirers and processors, today at the CNP Expo in Orlando, Fla. unveiled the newest version of its eyeDES technology. The technology underlying the Belgian company’s offering was originally used in medical applications to predict the occurrence of cancer, but was adapted several years ago by Dr. Cristina Soviany, the founder and CEO of Features Analytics, as a way to provide predictive models for fraud analysis that can be customized for individual companies.
“Organizations must make decisions rapidly and apply them continuously to maintain risk levels under control,” Soviany told CardNotPresent.com. “We see fast design of custom models and their immediate deployment into production as critical components of an effective fraud prevention solution that enables a frictionless experience to the consumer.”
eyeDES 3.0 can be deployed as a standalone software package, embedded as a java library or via the cloud. The new cloud version allows company and user registration, real-time scoring requests and an updated Web interface.
Features Analytics is exhibiting at the CNP Expo this week and attendees who subscribe to the new cloud service at the company’s booth (#110) will receive three months of transaction scoring for free.
