Emailage Opens European Data Center
Aug. 27, 2015
Emailage, an antifraud technology provider that evaluates risk associated with email addresses, yesterday opened a new data center in the U.K. that will enable it to service European customers more quickly and efficiently. The center, which the Chandler, Ariz.-based company said is Cyber Essentials Certified, is already live and processing data for Emailage’s European customers. The company has 15 customers in Europe currently and will leverage the new facility to expand in Europe and beyond.
“London is a strategic area for us,” Emailage’s CEO Rei Carvalho told CardNotPresent.com. “The main focus is Europe given the new data center and the sales office we have here. But we also are talking to people in China and elsewhere. From London we will be handling all of EMEA, not only Europe.”
