cVidya Launches Mobile Payment and App Store Solutions

cVidya Networks, a London-based provider of “revenue intelligence” solutions, recently announced the launch of its revenue assurance and fraud management solutions for mobile payments and app stores. The company will showcase the two new products at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona starting on Valentine’s Day. The company said the mobile payment product addresses revenue leakages, credit-balance mismatch at the accounts level, reporting discrepancies, overpayments, lost transactions, inaccurate adjustments, as well as irregular or suspicious service activities such as fraud (both internal and external) and theft. The solution for app stores handles issues like revenue assurance for refund settlement, revenue assurance for B2B, revenue share and dispute management and subscription fraud identification facing the CSP, subscriber and app owner. “With the ever increasing amount of apps available and being downloaded and with the rise in the use of mobiles for payment processes cVidya realized that operators needed to ensure that these complex payment relationships and the systems involved are monitored effectively and that revenue wasn’t lost along the way” said Alon Aginsky, president and CEO of cVidya Networks.
