Cross-Border Merchants Get More Visibility into Fraud, Chargebacks with GlobalCollect’s ‘Elevate’
April 3, 2014
GlobalCollect, a Dutch PSP, this week announced a suite of services aimed at international card-not-present merchants to optimize their payment function and address excessive chargebacks. The Amsterdam-based processor said its new Elevate Data Services focuses on delivering analytics in five areas important to e-commerce merchants: their own payment performance, consumer payment behavior, authorization rates, an overview of the “payment funnel” and insight into chargeback rates. The company said the new product is especially important for cross-border merchants that need to simplify the complex data they take in when selling in different geographies.
“Our customers rely on us to not only process their payments, but to help them realize their full commercial potential through conversion optimization, international expansion, and fraud reduction,” said Thomas P. Staudt, CEO of GlobalCollect. “When it comes to success in international online commerce, knowledge is power. With Elevate, we give our merchants the knowledge they need to keep improving and optimizing their business and reach that maximum potential.”
