Howard, currently the Director of Multichannel Operations for Tractor Supply Company in Brentwood, Tenn., championed the efforts to bring increased awareness within the organization to the growing issues in Cybercrimes, specifically around CNP transactions and chargebacks.
Prior to joining Tractor Supply Company, Howard held several management and upper management positions with top retailers including Home Depot, The Container Store, Pier One Imports, Benchmark Brands and Fabric.com (An Amazon Company). Her retail experience ranges from traditional retailing, to international, to pure play e-commerce and multichannel. She has over 30 years experience in retail store management, buying, merchandising, marketing, logistics and operations.

Chris Priebe is the Director, Treasury - Payment Strategies for Southwest Airlines Co. He is responsible for payment strategies and all payment acceptance contracts in excess of $20 billion per year. Since starting at Southwest 15 years ago, Priebe has held a variety of leadership positions including Director of Accounting Operations and the Director of Sales Accounting.
Priebe’s teams at Southwest have been responsible for all of the company’s payment functions including Cobrand Accounting, Card Fraud Prevention, Card Acceptance and International Payment Acceptance, Accounts Payable and Treasury Operations. He has served on Board of the Merchant Advisory Group since inception and as the Treasurer since 2009.

A results-driven professional, Daniel Fraser has more than a decade of proven experience in information technology, management and e-business applications. He currently manages payment processing for Web.com, a company providing Website services to small businesses. Web.com, with $500 million in annual revenue, acquired Register.com in 2010 and Network Solutions in 2011, expanding Fraser’s management role. Previously, Fraser served as processing manager for Register.com, handling all fraud processes, streamlining operations, overseeing team activities and facilitating non-disclosure agreements and contracts with key partners and vendors.
