FBI to Retailers: Breaches Just Beginning. Several companies serving the card-not-present payments space recently announced notable personnel moves:

BillTrust , an outsourced billing services provider based in Hamilton, N.J. has announced Mark Miller and Pete Sinisgalli as new additions to the BillTrust board of directors. Miller is chairman and CEO of consumer digital services company Allconnect, and Sinisgalli, is a director and former president and CEO of supply chain solutions leader Manhattan Associates.

Waltham, Mass.-based online payment solutions provider BlueSnap has hired Bill Sobo as its chief financial officer. Most recently, Sobo was vice president of operations finance at Parexel. Has oversaw the acquisition of banking solutions provider P&H Solutions by ACI Worldwide as P&H’s COO/CFO in 2006 and before that served as CFO in his first stint at Parexel, where he helped guide the company to an IPO in 1995.

Canadian payments processor Moneris has named Fern Glowinsky as COO and Rob Cameron as chief product and marketing officer. Glowinsky has been with Moneris since 2001, most recently serving as chief legal officer and corporate secretary where she oversaw legal affairs, corporate governance, compliance, internal audit, government relations and privacy. Cameron joins Moneris from ACI Worldwide, where he was managing director of ACI’s North American merchant and processor divisions.

Joe O’Konek was named CEO of the MRC . O’Konek comes from the wireless technology world where he served as CEO of Telestra subsidiary CSL. Previously he held positions as executive vice president of 3SNetworks, vice president and global head at Nokia Siemens Networks, and COO and interim CFO at Singlestep Technologies. Joe has also served in senior executive positions at AT&T Wireless, Far Eastone Telecommunications, Co., Ltd., PrimeCo Personal Communications, L.P., and EuroTel Praha.

Antifraud technology provider ReD formally announced that Senior Executive Erika Gallo has been appointed to the MRC’s America’s Advisory Board. Gallo will serve a two-year term as one of 16 industry experts contributing time and expertise to guiding programs and member activities for the MRC’s Americas region.
