2Checkout Gets the Brink’s Job

With security on every mind in the wake of the Target breach, one online payment provider has teamed up with one of the premier names in physical security to launch an e-commerce payments solutions for merchants that want to sell internationally. 2Checkout has partnered with Brink’s Company to launch Brink’s Checkout, a turnkey service the companies said will enable online transactions in 196 countries, 26 different currencies, and 15 languages.
Under the agreement, Brink’s will market and sell Brink’s Checkout leveraging its well-known security brand, global sales force and direct marketing efforts. 2Checkout will provide checkout and cart technology, payment gateway services, payment processing, risk and fraud management, PCI compliance, settlement, reporting and customer service.
